We are looking for Senior Completion Engineers to strengthen our organization to support development of our oil discovery offshore Ghana.

Responsibilities and tasks

  • Responsible for leading the completion strategy for the field development and planning through the early phases of the field
  • Prepare the completion part of the Well Program for the well, supervise the operation, analyze the performed work and contribute to the experience transfer and continuous improvements in the well project
  • Support development drilling team in delivery of well SOR
  • Develop sand management and fluid strategy plan for the field development
  • Perform completion engineering services in the well project, onshore and offshore, in order to accomplish the established objectives and plans
  • Actively participate in relevant technical networks, screening of new equipment and methodology for completion
  • Prepare cost & time estimates

Qualifications & personal attributes

  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree from a recognized university in a relevant Engineering discipline
  • 5 - 10 years' well engineering & operational experience
  • Preferred experience includes deepwater / West Africa drilling experience, as well as experience working in remote locations and new country start-ups
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and interpersonal skills
